I thought making an appointment would mean my car would be looked at right away. I was told it would be two hours before the issue would be looked at or that I would hear anything. When I was told the problem was found and it would be done soon, I wasn’t told there was another issue and it was three more hours! I don’t know if the mechanic informed Bryan or not, but I should have been updated about the new issue so I could manage my wait time. That it took five hours is not a problem but the communication could have been better.

Ramiro was helpful and gave me his direct extension when I was checking out, however I called back within five minutes of leaving the shop to say the problem was the same if not maybe a little bit worse and if I could get a callback please. Nobody called. I just want to know what the next step is and how much it may end up costing me. The shaking in the car continues and I don’t know if it’s safe to drive. I also believe my car was done and nobody notified me until I called and asked if it was ready... because it was already parked in front. I had 2 different advisors, so maybe the message was lost. Please call me back with an estimate on the torque converter if that is the next step. Thanks.
