When he told me that my car needs a routine maintenance other than the regular oil change, I didn’t hesitate to say yes! He’s very friendly too! I was never informed of my car being ready. I had to go check for myself if my car was ready after waiting 4 hours in the waiting room. After I got my car and drove home, 2 hours later after I already got my car. I finally received a text saying my car was ready even though I had already picked it up 2 hours before i recieved the text. I also paid for tire rotation but in the receipt, it does not show that a tire rotation was done to my car.

I’ve been coming to Norm Reeves for many years for servicing to all my Hondas, yet last two visits were disappointing I feel like the 100% true satisfaction to your customers has really decline. End of last year my customer service tech insure me he had to order a part for my glove compartment repair to this day I’ve never receive a call., text., email. Today took my Honda in for B7 maintenance as he was writing up my invoice I asked if it was possible to have them check my radio cause it keeps breaking in and out and I believe there might be a loose wire he told me they really couldn’t cause it would take many more additional hours so I just said forget it. My appt was 7:30 I check in @ 7:30 was promised my car hour to hour and half I sat and waited as I always do and it was already approaching 10am so I walked up to tech and he was busy doing some paperwork I asked what was the update on my car my car had been done but he claims he was called in to a meeting and that distracted him and cause his delay? Bottom line not sure how much longer I would have sat waiting if I didn’t walk up there. Anyhow once again I just feel you’re customer service has really dropped. Also when I originally called in to make appointment Julie couldn’t locate my name phone number any of my information again, I’ve been a Loyal Norm Reeves Customer many many years! I asked her if I would be receiving confirmation regarding my appt., she said yes I would waited until following day call service and tech Ricardo I believe his name was? Pulled up all my info instantly and he text me my confirmation so needless to say some of your staff may require little more training on different areas. I usually have ALL my Honda needs taken care of there today I decline 2 suggested services Glad I did or else I might still be sitting there.

Not too comfortable dealing with Service Advisor. He’s too arrogant, overbearing and thinks that he has every right to reprimand me of somethings I did or failed to to do.Did not appreciate much the treatment received and wont do any business with him again.
