As always, service is exceptional. He prioritize the service that is really needed and push back on those that can be performed on the next visit. He would always ask if the service is within my budget and then prioritize according to the most important, which needs to be done now. If i have questions or concerns, he explains everything using words that i can esaily understand. He is the reason why i keep bringing all my honda cars (i have 3) to this dealership for service.

Hi, When I have 11 an appointment. You guys just take car and leave it in parking lot for 2.5hrs and after take it for repair or service. Why don’t you just give appointment for the time you want to start working on. You don’t value Custmor’s time. Just to change 1 tire it took 4 hours today. My car was outside for 2.5 hours. No one started working on it. In that case you don’t have to do appointment system. I just feel like I come walk in today. Ridiculous service.

Seems like every time I take my vehicles service is terrible, I understand that you have many customers and every one is important but I feel that when I go in for service your team drops the ball with me and sometimes I wish I had the option to take my vehicle to a different dealership for service, that being said, I had a problem with my 2019 CRV and after talking with the service advisor I was under the impression that my vehicle would be ready when it was promised because I took it in at 7:00 am but to my surprise it wasn’t ready, all they had to check was the AC because it was not working I was told that it would be ready by 3:00 pm. To me I think that since I would not be there waiting the car was not checked early and other cars for waiting customers took priority and I was given the runaround and was even told that they wanted to keep the car overnight, I got a little upset because I spent $38 for Uber to go get my car after I had already spent more money when I dropped the car because your dealership did not offer rides!!! I think that the least you can offer is vouchers for Uber, I asked the service advisor for a loaner car and to me he seemed to get upset and said I will go get your car, what a bunch of crap, he didn’t even explained to me what was done to the car or asked me to take it back, this was my second car purchase at Norm Reeves. My next car will probably come out of a different dealership. I will contact Honda to report this… very unhappy ?? customer!!
