He made me feel confident and grateful at the same time that all my 3 honda vehicles are being serviced here. Bryan also finds a way to help me as a client in having the most economical way which is prioritizing which service is needed first so I dont spend a big amount all at once. In this pandemic, people like me faces hardship. Even though Mike Vasquez, the one who regularly checks our vehicles is not in the office, Bryan took care of us , as a Honda valuable customer

I took my car to have the AC checked because it didn't work and they broke my cell phone charger. They told me they were going to call me to give me a refund and I didn't receive the call. and now the car door and the walk away auto lock do not work and the ignition from the remote control does not work to start the car

Everybody was very nice, checking how I was doing, and was willing to answer my questions…. But I cannot believe that it took 3 hours to do oil change and multi-point vehicle inspection. I had an appointment at 9 am. The car was promised to be done at 11:30 - I was waiting there but I didn’t get my vehicle back until almost 12 pm. Next time I’ll ask to be driven home or ask to borrow a vehicle from Honda as someone recommended.

Manny definitely made up for the bad service I’ve had in my previous visits and from the beginning of the line as I alerted the guy that was checking me in that they just skipped me when the two cars where behind me. Even though I notified the boy that he skipped me by two cars all he could say was sorry? They should be trained to simply ask who was first in line as it’s horrible having to wait in line and then get skipped by not one car but two car. As I notified Manny he made up for his coworkers by doing his best on getting me in and out as that was all I wanted. Manny was the best employee that has assisted me throughout the two cars and services I’ve had with Honda! He would definitely get employee of the month in my business as customer service is really what makes it for businesses!
