In January, my vehicle was inspected and the electrical issue was found, but the part was not available. My vehicle sat in my garage, unusable, while waiting for the part. The vehicle was not fixed until 2/11/22. Very dissatisfied with that process and Norm Reeves Honda. The service rep, Ruben Marquez, said he would contact me when the pet was available, he did not. I needed up having to call daily to check on the part status.

My car was not completely fixed. While I was driving, all my warning messages popped up and my car was pulling to the left. I had to get a diagnostic done at the Honda dealership in Visalia that cost me an additional $165. They pointed out that the calibration was not done which was causing my car to pull left and all the warning signs to come on. I would like to get reimbursed that 165 as this was a case of a job not being done complete. I have my receipt and look forward to hearing from the manager.
