The shuttle is only one way. The wait is always too long at the dealership. 5-6 hours to even change oil. My car was found in the back - done. No one told me. Communication was not clear. Complete paperwork was not provided at end & I had to ask for it.. Work was not reviewed and shown at end of process, until I asked.

Robert was outstanding with helping me figure out what maintenance needed to get done on my car, and walked me through everything they did when I came and picked up my car. He gave me some insight of how long I should wait between oil changes and how often I should have tires rotated. I will gladly be requesting him again for all future maintenance on my car

Dropped off my car at 1030am, I called the dealership at 255pm to see if my car was done. Cause I hadn’t heard anything back. The person who answered said he didn’t know, he tried to get a hold of the rep, but he wasn’t there. So I went to the dealership like 310pm. Went to the service desk, the guy said it was done since 124pm that it showed on the paper work. I got a text 3-5 min after I walked out the dealership with my keys and paid. Not happy at all about that, my car sitting there 1 1/2 hrs when I did need it.

It was impossible to reach anyone. After at least 5 attempts, we got the vehicle in. We paid and picked up on Monday afternoon thinking the problem was solved. Tuesday we got more warnings on the car saying there are power system failures including the same message we got which made us first take it in (hydrogen leak). Four more messages were left to the advisor as well as the service manager on Tuesday and Wednesday as well as four more today (Thurs) with no call back. We have not been able to use our vehicle.
