I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment at 3:40. I waited 45 minutes before an advisor came to assist. I was just there for an oil change. I waited at the lounge for the car coz it was already past 4pm and they told me I need to be there by 5:30 to pick up my car. I got a call around 5:35 and advisor wanted to show me there were traces of an oil leak on my oil pan that seems to be coming from the drain plug. The tech won’t open it due to risk of the plug not being able to be put back on later and if that was the case, I needed a new oil pan. I just took hone the car and wasted more than 3 hours for nothing. Worst experience at this dealership.
