Supervisor was rude wouldn’t even even hire him as a employee if it were my company. I went for service Wed my appt was at 11 waited in line until and wasn’t attended until 12 . I then received my car until 5:30 PM. To top it off I go home and realize they didn’t even screw the bottom part right and it was hanging . I had to take time out of my day , call off work keep in mind I live in West Covina so I had to drive there and back and waste my gas on a thing you guys should’ve gotten there . I left my house at 6 am to arrive there at 7 am right when they open I was the first person in line and explained my situation and I got a “your advisor would be with you shortly” I waited another 30 mins in my car until I got attended. Everyone there just looks like they hate their job and leave off their negative energy on the customers . Very bad service ESPECIALLY from the “supervisor “

Steve was great but it took 4 1/2 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment too. I’ll stick with Jiffy Lube. Plus they did not check the wiring in my dome light and that’s why I brought it in. I’m not coming back to wait hours again.

I did not appreciate the fact that it took over 4 hours for my vehicle to be ready. The advisor’s estimated time for my vehicle’s service to be done was 3 hours (mind you I was waiting at the dealership for my car), but then Oscar, the service advisor, kept trying to upsell me parts for my vehicle that I did not need at the moment, furthermore delaying the time of my vehicle being ready. If this is the type of service this company upholds, then this will be the first and last time my vehicle is brought here for maintenance.

A dropped the car on night before to be serviced at 7:20 am a repair that was going to be done in 1hr it was 11:30 am and nobody called me or contacted me until I called I was told that some body will call me back at in ten mints. No body call me again until I called and talked to Elmo asked him if my car was ready ? and He told me that he got the paper work until 10 :30 by the night foreman , and that they had a lot of work, and my was not the only one working on, the car was ready at 1:30 pm
