Bryan Salas customer service was unsatisfactory . I filed complaint with Honda Corporate office. My A/C is not working , nor was the low tire pressure fixed on my vehicle . The next day I had to take my car to American Tire to have nail and tire fixed for FREE, which I would had expected from Norm Reeves . I have been a loyal customer and service customer for years. Very disappointed with the service I received

I bought the car in because it was making a grinding sound when the engine was started cold. Almost $2000.00 later, it still made the sound when I picked it up. Imagine my disappointment. Also - I mentioned that it ONLY makes that sound at the 1st starting on a cold engine, which is one of the MAIN reasons for dropping it off the night before it was going to be worked on, so the technician could hear what I hear.
