Service satisfactory. Car now running fine after $2700 and just 5 days after aB1 service. Third time car dangerously lost power this year.
Customer Communication challenged Very hard to get communication to service rep or a call back.

I was pushed into having to have several maintenance things on my vehicle that only has 2,000 miles on it, which ended up being very expensive. I asked a few times if all those things were really necessary and I was given no options. After getting home I talked to my stepdad who is well versed in vehicle maintenance and he deemed all the extra things besides the oil change/oil filter change were completely unnecessary because of the very low mileage on the vehicle. I feel I was taken advantaged of because of my inexperience in vehicle maintenance. I’m quite unhappy and upset about the experience.
