They left wires under my dashboard exposed and unconnected on a Friday after the alarm person left for the weekend. It always take about two weeks to get the appointments and it takes them atleast 3-4 hours. I went to an oil shop it took them 45 minutes. Another time they dented and scratched my car, norm reeves paid to get it repaired, but it took a long time to get my car back. Another time they needed to replace a faulty fuel pump they never told me about until I brought it up. That took four trips back and forth after confirming they had it once they didn't have the part Another time they lost it. This time I had to get my air conditioning repaired which was covered under insurance and on recall they charged me $100 dollars. They wanted to charge me $200 for filters which a local shop only charged me $65. Now I gotta go back on Monday after getting my car returned to me with wires exposed. How am I supposed to drive comfortably with wires hanging where my gas pedal and brakes are? They gave me the wrong receipt this latest visit for another car/person. It's always something. Overpriced poor service. I'm gonna leave a review online after this.

Hi, the service itself was great. However when I got in my CRV, I noticed my seat and steering wheel had both been drastically moved. My headlight settings had also been changed to off. I understand that adjustment of the seat at times may be necessary but I’ve had service done here before and none of my settings had ever been changed. I know for some this may be minor things but I’m a person of small stature and these changes really impacted me. I had my service done two days ago and I’m still trying to find my way to my original settings, which is quite frustrating.

Your service overall is getting worse. Your agents are just bias and not helpful at all. In person or on the phone is the same. The last person who helped me last week make me go through an unnecessary process of getting a pictute of a coupon whne the coupon is available online. Because. I declined over due services he failed ro communicate the need and cost of other issues that came out last week. I called yesterday to get an estimated cost on those issues and he left on the phone for a long time. I will certainly not trust you with my vehicle again nor I will consider you if I buy another honda vehicle.

Javier was extremely helpful. I had been waiting to get my car serviced for 40 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. I walked into the office and of all the team present there. Javier was the one who paid attention and took care to service the car.

I got to my scheduled oil change appointment at 930am. Promised time for an oil change for my vehicle was 1130am, but my car ended up being finished at 12pm. No updates from Michael or apologies as to why my car was late. He didn’t mention what needed to be done with the mechanics assessment. Rushed me to get out instead. No discounts or refunds offered as well.

Since BCM went bad, back in November 2021 to the day it got replaced took way too long. Had to stop driving the vehicle due to this electronic failure. Not happy at all. I will never buy at Honda ever again.
