Wasn’t given the customer service I expected from the Service department and also I was told I needed some repairs but I can confirm one of them was false and I was upset with the fact that they wanted to have me pay for something that I didn’t need changing also I asked for my troubles for them to wash my vehicle and an advisor said yes and my advisor said no so no one‘s on the same page I do want to highlight Luis Gomez in sales for his customer service but the service department definitely needs a tuneup. I arrived at 12:45pm for my 1pm appointment. It was handled in a timely manner. I was told it would take “2-3 hours”. I soon received a text msg stating that my front tires have less tread than the rears on my 2022 Civic Touring with ~3k miles and to be careful in the rain. At 3:30pm I checked back with my SA and he said not to worry because the machine is not working properly. If that’s the case it should be disabled until repaired. I asked for an ETA on my car. He said it had been ready for 20-30 minutes. I had not received a call or text message at all. Finally at 5:08pm after I am already home, I get a text msg saying “Good news! Your car is ready!” This is unacceptable.

Very energetic service advisor, considering I have an old car.
He was good quoting me over $500 for services, as soon as I told him that the amount was over my budget his demeanor completely changed, he was disappointed and his energy dropped where I felt bad for the guy..
I know dealers make more money on service then they do in sales…but wasn’t expecting to get that high of a quote knowing that I have done major services outside the dealer but he didn’t seem to care, all he said was his advice was based on milage and age of the car. My advice…keep the same energy throughout the advisory.
