Since i bought my vehicle at norms reeves cerritos ,everytime had a problem I make sure that it will serviced by honda. The serviiced advisor is very helpful and polite.

I took my car in for service trusting you guys only to find out that you guys are not even checking the components like you guys are stating you guys are on the paperwork that you guys provide to customers. Now i feel you guys are a scam and just sell parts without even exchanging them. On Tuesday, June 14 I took my car in for service which was just an oil change and filter change. Once I was there the sales person said to me that I needed a water pump spark plugs and a serpentine belt. He also stated I was going to receive a tire rotation brake inspection and a brake adjustment and top off all of my fluids. As I drove off Tuesday evening right before you guys closed I was hearing my brakes squeaking, mind you the technician report stated my brakes were still in good standing in the green if you will. Today that I had a chance I decided to check where the squeaking was coming from only to find out my rear brakes are gone completely worn down. Also I don’t understand how when doing a tire rotation like you guys claim your technician missed a nail in the inner edge of the rear driver side tire? It’s been there long enough to wear down the head of the nail. It is not leaking air but I found it today because I removed the tires to check my brakes. This is unacceptable because I go there as a customer trusting you guys to make sure my car is functioning properly and safely only to find out you guys are giving out bogus reports and you guys are not doing a thorough check or even bothering to check anytjing at all.

The multipoint inspection revealed a blown head gasket and a compromised oil pan; why, then, would you proceed with an oil change without advising me first? Bad business. I feel cheated.
