It took over 4 hours to have a tire changed. The men in blue shirts (I think some of them work there?) standing outside were hanging out in a cluster and every time I tried to talk to one they would all scatter away as of they were scared someone might make them do some **** work. Sucked so
Bad. No one even wanted to make eye contact with a hot girl who walked up cuz she was gonna make them work. Then I walked up to the one sucker at a computer and he did his absolute best to ignore me. I asked him who could help me and he waved in a general direction without looking up. Rude as ****. I am literally never buying a car here again. Shittiest service department ever. Kia, my last car, was way better and they provide water and coffee at all hours.

Michael was so helpful! I had him Wednesday for my appointment and he helped today when I came back in because my tire pressure light turned on again. He was great and I’m appreciative of him. I am, though, very disappointed in the technician that worked on my car Wednesday and the 4 different guys I had to speak to today to get my car worked on. The technician didn’t even check to see if my tire had a leak in it, he only checked to see if my tire pressure levels were at a good number. They proceeded to try to do that again today, and then proceeded to try to tell me that my sensor was off. I was finally able to ge through to them that I had a leak in my tire. I ended up having a nail in my tire. If my boyfriend, my brother, or my dad took my car in to get it checked out, this wouldn’t have been a problem. If a customer is concerned about a leak in their tire, then that should be checked. Not the tire pressure number because nobody is going to drive on a tire with a number of 20 for three days until their appointment comes.
