I believe my service advisor, Julie tried to take it vantage of me… Financially. Once I replied to her text message that I did not want the service department to change my cabin and engine air filter because I can get it elsewhere around half the price that you charge she then decided to tell me that I needed a new battery which would run $223. My car is not sluggish at all when it starts so I was apprehensive to drop that amount of money just because she said so. I declined the service and had AAA check it. When AAA came out to my house they showed me the reading and it was showing that it was perfectly fine. The AAA technician even told me where I can get an engine filter and taught me how to do it myself too. Now I don’t know if it was the service technicians or the service advisor that recommended I get a new battery from you guys but believe me, I will never be coming back to normal Reeves Honda superstore. I have purchased a number of cars there but my current one will be the last one.

Not happy with overall quality of my vehicle. Seems Hondas are nice and shiny when new, but when defects start to appear. They want no part offf by standing by their products. Makes it very hard to have much good to say about Honda when they don’t stand by their products
