My appt was 11am for General Service.
I was advised that I will get an update within 2 to 2.5 hours for the results of the multi-inspectiom.
I had to call close to 3 hours later to check on the status.
The person on the phone said Javier was off and I said that is not good.
She put me on hold and she found him taking a lunch break.
She mentioned my car was ready for pickup. I requested a call back from Javier and he did.
He said my car was ready for pickup and he sent a report on the multi inspection. I never fot s report.
I got the report after speaking to him. If i had gotten the report sooner, i would have approved some of the recommended repairs. The only communication i received was that my car was ready and i had to call to find out.
Not satisfied with the service.

I had a schedule appointment for 10:40. I checked my car in at approximately 10:15. The requested oil change and the additional inspection and subsequent replacement of filters were completed at around 2:40. Four hours. It’s a good thing I didn’t have any pressing engagements.
