Been going to Mike for well over 8 years. Knows his stuff and always delivers and honors his word along with his manager Christine. One of the most well known and recognized dealerships for Honda in all of California. With him initially there service had improved significantly and rapidly just in the beginning when I bought two new Honda vehicles there as well as serving older ones in the family. I respect him highly and he too drives older Hondas like I do. I am very happy with his customer service as well as the dealership mechanical workmanship. Although some minor errors do happen with rushed schedules, the team under his direction always follows through no matter what. Thank You! On the other hand Hyundai Norm Reeves needs much more attention and improvement as I had major issues with them on other vehicles such as Genesis or Hyundai ever since they relocated next to KIA.
