Javier Pena was not very helpful at my visit on Aug. 25th. I talked to him twice but saw him walking around the area on his phone.
10a-Dropped my keys off to him 40 mins earlier than my appointment. He didnt say anything about extra time, said it would take 2 hours or less
1210pm- No update by Javier, I went looking for him. At 1215pm, Javier told me 20 or 30 more minutes. He got on his phone and walked away.
1245pm- I see my car pull up, Javier is no where to be found. I stand at his station. The guy next to him, while on the phone, charges me with no explanation of what happened with my car.
I check the receipt it says I declined brake inspection, which is false. Then on the next page it says "checked brakes"
I searched for a supervisor/manager and no one wanted to point me in the right direction. The finance receptionist, latina with all dark hair, did not give me eye contact when I asked for a manager.
I am so appalled by the service at Cerritos. I would like my car rechecked and explained to me somewhere else. Can I request this from Corporate?

One of your service representatives by the name of Steven Mendoza was extremely rude. I simply asked him a question and he was very rude like he was having a bad day. Perhaps someone with an attitude problem should not be helping your paying customers. I myself work in customer service and this type of attitude is unacceptable.
