No one ever goes over future maintenance I might need on my next visit. I’m just given my car back and pay and that’s about it. I wasn’t offered any discount on any service. There is usually a package of services but as usual I wasn’t offered anything. I only come to this Honda because it’s close to home. If I had a choice I’d probably go somewhere else. I was thinking of getting a Honda Accord as my next vehicle but I doubt I’ll even purchase from this Honda center.

Was given an appointment. Dropped off the car in the morning only to be called at 2:30 pm that the parts were not in inventory so nothing was performed. Unfortunately, took an Uber to work after dropping off the vehicle and then again to pick it up. So now not only did we not get any service done, we had an Uber expense only to have to do it all again another day!!! Why give us an appointment if parts were not available?!?
