I don’t like being talked to in a belittling tone just because I can’t afford recommended services. Also when paying the service advisor, he answered a phone call and instead of asking them to wait he talked to them while doing my receipt and waved me off in the direction I assumed my car was at and didn’t say thank you or anything because his phone call was more important than me I guess.

Thanh was very helpful in explaining all the necessary repairs my vehicle needed. I only went for an oil change but my car needed breaks, oil change, and transmission oil. I had previously purchased my tires using Sunbit and I wanted to use it again to cover this expense. Thanh was so helpful and helped me pull up my file to apply for payments and I was able to get all the services done. If it weren’t for the payment plan Honda offers I wouldn’t be able to get all services. Also I’m glad the mechanics were able do all the additional services without rescheduling another day for those services as I had only scheduled for an oil change.
