My K&N filter has been replaced by a Honda non-reusable filter. Now I have to spend $60 of my own money to purchase another. Very unhappy.

Initially, I was told that by 3pm I will get an update about the status of my car. After 6 hours I called the advisor to check the status only to find out that nothing has been done with the car.I tried to reach out for the Service Manager two times but no response. I tried to call the assistant manager to no avail. Finally after waiting for 9 hours, I was told the car was ready. All they did was to drive test the vehicle and rotate the cars.

I was under the impression that I would have a reliable vehicle when I purchased this 2020 Honda Civic about 2 and a half months ago. It was supposed to be “certified pre-owned”. I drove it only 2,200 miles since purchasing and it already has all this stuff wrong with it. The alignment, transmission fluids leaking, and now the 2 front axels need to be replaced. It’s going to cost me about $1000 in repairs! I just purchased this vehicle. I also have a warranty on it and all that was done to it was an oil change! I am so upset and unsatisfied!
