Bought a brand new car with a defect. A tiny cracked windshield that turned into a big problem. I’ve been calling them for weeks upon weeks. No return calls. The customer relations manager basically said no they wouldn’t fix the problem. I’ve bought so many cars fro norm reeves. The customer service is horrible. I’m turned off! I will escalate this problem until it’s solved. I should have went to rock honda instead and purchased my new car. A 2023 SUV!! Looks like crap! I don’t know honda not to treat me right!

The mileage on my paper work did not match the mileage on my car and I was told I had a nail in my rear tire that could not be fixed, so right after I went to buy a new tire but I was told I didn’t need one cause it could be fixed and they fixed it. It took just about 3 hrs just for an oil change
