I have to mention about supervisor Mr. Mike, was very friendly and Professionl too. Thank you Honda service department for taking care of my vehicle and feel after service!

The problem was not fixed. Problem could not be duplicates. Yet the same day after picking my vehicle up the problem came up yet again.

I arrived to an appointment I had at 10:45 around 10:20. Was helped by Bryan Salas around 10:30. I advised him I was there for my first oil change on my Honda Pilot purchased at Norm Reeves Honda. He then notified me the service would take 2 hours, kindly informed me that I could use the shuttle to take me to the mall. I declined and said I would wait there. By 1pm I had no update on my vehicle. I went to ask and was told they were backed up and my vehicle had not been worked on. I asked to speak to Bryan and he was in lunch. Because I needed my vehicle to pick up my children from school at 2, I asked to speak to someone in charge and was directed to Christina or someone with a similar name. I cannot remember exactly her name. She was able to get me some information on my vehicle and was surprised I had been told it would be ready in 2 hours. I understand service centers get busy. I understand sometimes there’s more work than personnel but I would have appreciated an update or someone to let me know my vehicle would not be ready at said hour. My vehicle was given to me at 1:40 and I picked up my kids 15 min late from school! If I would have been given the information that It was taking longer I could have made arrangements for someone to pick up my children or I would have declined the service, left, and came back another day. Communication and transparency is very important for a customer. Unfortunately not the best experience for me on my first service at Norm Reeves

Michael went above and beyond. I needed a tire replacement due to a blow out and oil change. I was expecting the vehicle to be done by Monday as I had walked in without an appointment Friday and the tire was not in stock. He assured me I would be taken care of as soon as possible. To my surprise he called me back four hours later informing that it was finished. Great service. Thank you!

Setting up an appointment was very easy. Thanh Sabatier kept me posted on the progress of the job and notify me immediately if they find something unusual while they are prepping the car for the service i requested. Gives me necessary information if the fault that they find when servicing my car needs immediate attention or not, thus, helping me make wish decision. I truly appreciate the honesty, helps me make the best decision in order not to waste my hard earned money.
