A 3-hour wait for an oil change with an appointment seems rather excessive. I was told it would be 2 hours when I checked in. I understand if things get backed up. But there was no communication after 2 hours had passed. When my car was ready, the maintenance reminder had not been reset. The advisor asked someone to reset it for me and I literally stood there waiting for that person to order and get a cup of Agua Fresca from the trunk of someone’s car before he would assist me.
