I was able to bring in my minivan even though I did not have an appointment. It was about 10:15 am. Ruben promised to call me by 1 pm to let me know if the flat tire can be fixed or replaced. When he did not call by 2 pm, I called him. He was not available but called me within 10 mins. He said the tire needs to be replaced and my minivan would be ready in 15 mins. I told him I would pick it up in 40 mins. I had to wait for 5-10 mins after I arrived but I was satisfied with replacing the tire and paying $170 instead of $300 that Just Tires estimated earlier that day.

We were given poor service because we declined a simple tire rotation. I was not notify my air filters needed replacement until I had to go find out how much longer for my car to be ready. My car sat ready and I was not notified of it. Only reason I realized my car was ready was because I saw it outside. Never had an issue going here before but today's visit was definitely a negative one.
