Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos Auto Repair Service

I took my car in for service and Thanh was very helpful and had my car ready before promised time. I requested the oil change, tire balance and rotation but when my car was returned I noticed the wheels and tires were balanced with generic weights but they were not rotated. I spoke with my service advisor and pointed out the error and instead of assuming responsibility he apologized and said the technician did his duty and if he didn’t rotated the tires it wasn’t necessary because they were balanced and it was part of the service. I didn’t have the time or energy to entertain his excuse and figure out how this make sense when every time I take my car to the dealership I always get the same recommendation to rotate my tires to extend the life of my tires. He took the car to the back and 15 minutes later a tech brings my car out and I noticed he was driving my car with his latex gloves covered in grease. I’m very upset because now I have to clean my interior and steering wheel. The weights that were used to balance my tires are not even OEM. I was told by your service advisors that you guys use specific weights on Hondas and that it wasn’t recommended to go to a tire shop we’re they were going to use aftermarket weights, when I pointed out the weights to My service advisor he told me that they are currently not getting the same product and that is why they use this generic product but failed to notify me before hand. Now I question what else are you guys not getting that the customer is paying for thinking we are getting the same service but in reality we are not and not aware of because you simply fail to notify the customer.

3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And I firmly believe that work did not start on my car until I checked on the status 2 1/2 hours after my 9:40 appointment

Joseph Vargas was genuinely helpful throughout my whole process with my vehicle! He made sure all my issues and future issues with my vehicle were resolved. My experience was simple and perfect. Great customer service! Michael was fantastic!

I can't believe how rude many of the workers are. I asked a very well dressed lady how do I connect to the internet and she told me that wasn't her job , walked away extremely snobbish. No info on who to ask, I asked one of workers out front and they showed me the sign with the password. I later went to the other side, where not a person was there, smiled and said hi to the lady sitting there and she looked at me without saying anything back. She wasn't very happy working there. She wasn't doing anything. Everything else was fine.

There was a lot of communication and explanations on the services and I was helped immensely.

Ramiro is always my go to guy.. he does a great job making sure his customers are well taken care of.. His one of the reasons way i continue to come and service My car with him!! Thank you Ramiro

Trevor was friendly nice and extremely knowledgeable. He explained it to me in a way so I would understand all the info needed for my car. He was indeed the helpful Honda guy! I left very satisfied.

Robert displayed world class service. Courteous, professional. Explained in detail services that werwere going to be performed on my ccar.

Problem not resolved. This is the 2nd time for same issue.

Michael was great, walking down to the customer waiting area prior to text messaging was a great personal touch.
