I got there and the guy was trying to sell more staff that o needed before they even did the oil change inspection of the car. He offered me 10% discount plus the coupon I had. But, when I had to pay he didn’t include my coupon. So, I told him about it and he said that “Yes” O included it. He tough that I’m not going to realized oh maybe that I can’t read English. So, I told him is not there. And he said that he can’t give two discounts. So I told him why he didn’t tel me that before. Them he tried me to sigan still with the previous amount of money. I could not believe this guy was so sneaky and he almost lost his temper by putting the paper on my face. Finally, when I told him I’m not going to pay that because he should tell me that he is not going to put two discounts, I told him that I wanted to talk to his Supervisor. He went to check for you and he said that you are busy. So, he decided to give the two discounts but still make me paid 5 dollars extras. Them, when I went to my car the fronts sits were dirty from the mechanic shoes.
