I think the service advisor, Ramiro Montes could have taken more time to explain the repairs/services I needed done. He was not friendly and seemed to be short on time.
I especially do not like receiving a text with additional things that need to be repaired. I believe a phone call explaining in detail would be very helpful. When I received the text I thought I was agreeing to the work we had already discussed! I had no idea that what I consented to would more than double my bill!!!! I took responsibility because I agreed, but again in the future I want a phone call explaining. When I made that suggestion to Ramiro he didn’t even acknowledge my suggestion.
I will take this experience as a learning tool and will be much more careful next time!!!!!!!!
