I told Mr Ortiz my situation that i needed my car before 11am because i have to go to work, he told me he will try his best to get it done by then.
I was really surprised when he called and say my car was ready it was the shortest time i ever waited at honda service. Come to think of it i thought they will take time i will not be getting charge because it was a battery replacement and it was under warrantee. In my mind they will take their time because i will not be paying. i am impress i got out there on time for me to go to work. thank you for the good service.

Thanh was ok did what he needed to do. Although I would have loved it if I had Robert Bautista who I work with all the time. I specifically asked for him when I made the appointment for the service and come to find out that he was off. It would have been nice if they checked because I would have change the appointment date.
