The staff and the service department was good. Little slow but good. But there is a major disconnect from the sales department and the finance department. I always find out that my maintenance plan is not how it was explained to me. So I'm constantly asking questions and found out that they lied to me.

Outstanding customer service from Bryan, he always goes above and beyond when I bring my car in for service. He always thoroughly explains all service that is needed. He also personally cleaned my engine. I called him the day before and he scheduled my appointment for the next day. He documented my service in the service history book. He personally took me to my car and showed what needed to be serviced. Highly recommend!
