I waited over 3 -1/2 hours just for an oil change. I showed up to my appointment 30 min earlier just so I could get out earlier. I had to call someone to pick up my kids because I was going to be late. This has been one of the worst dealerships I have came to. Also from the beginning I wasn’t satisfied. Customers who came after me were being taken care of first.
