My van was dirty when i picked it up. The driver and passenger side front windows had full hand prints. Possibly from greasy hands most visible on the passenger side. A carwash would have been nice.
Also a shuttle or a loaner car would be nice just like with our other cars of different make.

I had an 11:40 appt for an oil change and arrived at 11:30. I waited patiently and at 1:40 I checked to see how my car was coming along. To my surprise, it had not even been started. It wasn't started until 2:00 and only took about twenty minutes. I wasn't happy and I know it wasn't Trevor's fault. He was very kind and didnt charge me for the oil change. I am very grateful and appreciative to Trevor for doing that. It made me feel like a valued customer.
