If it was for Elmo, I'm not sure how long I've would have been waiting for a service advisor to come see why I was even there in the first place. I checked in and someone said that a service advisor would be me in a few minutes. That turned into 20+ mins while other people who got there after me were taken care of. Elmo saw I was waiting and came to help me. Thank you Elmo because if not, not sure what I would have done.
