Had me waiting for hours for them to call or even text that my car was ready causing me to not be able to get to work. When I took it in they had told me it’d only take 1.5 hrs. I took it at 8. They did not lmk it was ready until I called by like 12 something. Maybe a little more sense of urgency would be better .
