I am reaching out a bit late for the maintenance done on 02-Nov as I was busy with work.
Julie Canales was extremely helpful . The car was returned to me on time , drove home with very faint engine oil smell in the car didn’t notice much . Next day I found the entire garage area to be dripping with engine oil.
Assuming a leakage I opened the hood to find the ENGINE OIL CAP placed near the washer liquid . The engine oil had been spilled across the engine and other areas. It took me a while to clean the oil myself. Looks like the person changing oil filter did not put the cap back on. Not to mention it was extremely risky for me to drive like that. I have been a customer for the last 3 years but this time was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service offered.
