Very fast service. Went in as a walk in for oil change and was out in under an hour . Most times I’ve went to the dealer it’s about 2-3 hour wait . Also, Joseph was very friendly great service

Had a 10am appointment on Saturday for oil change/recall and my car wasn’t ready until 3:41pm. I don’t have a problem with the time it took, the only issue I had was they marked red on my transmission fluid and brake fluid and no one contacted me to see if I wanted to have it fixed. I had to see it on my own and ask about it. The guy said yea you need to get that fixed when you have time. My car was already there for 5 hrs 41mins the least you could do while taking longer than expected is call to see if I wanted those issues fixed while my car was already there. Now I’m going to have to make another appointment and take more time out of my day to fix something that should/could have been fixed already. Honda just seems overbooked, rushed and careless.
