I got this car certified pre owned about a month ago and got warranty on everything, but have some how still had to make trips to Honda almost weekly since buying the vehicle. The first 3 visits were for a supplemental restraint warning that they couldn’t figure out how to fix, which caused me to lose out on my time and money. Very inconvenient and should’ve been fixed before being sold or handled accordingly the first visit. My fourth visit after only getting the vehicle about a month ago was for a nail in my tire. Which is understandably not Honda’s fault and was fixed accordingly, however I was told by service they closed at 6pm and if I wasn’t there by then they’d give my keys to the sales side. I arrived around 8 for my keys and no managers or salesmen could find my keys, meaning the service side never handed them over for me to get. I had to have a family member come bring me my spare key and make yet another trip the following morning (11/23) to get my keys in the morning. Managers on sales side were very rude and made it sound like this is a nightly issue. If this has been an issue for other customers being able to get their keys when their car is done being serviced, something should be done about it.

I'm not happy with the service he provided. He did not perform all the services I approved. I requested an estimate for some auto parts and he did not give me the estimate. He said, he will investigate and get back to me, but he did not. To finished his inefficient service, he left for the day without telling me or other representative that my car was ready. I was at the lobby wating for hours for my car to be ready until I saw they were closing the customer service station. So, of course I would not request nor recommend the service of this representative to anyone.
