I live 35 miles from your location, I had bought my Honda Pilot 2015, and having my vehicle servicing there since. My last service On 11/14/2022 was the worst, there were excessive labor charged, the manager ( The gray hair Manager, I have overheard he is Michael did not explain, and trying to avoid my complaints, leaving my questions to Robert Bautista, the Service Advisor to play down my issue and questioning). Actually, the Bautista was helpless, he was irrelevant to resolve my complaint, then leave my complaint Unresolved! I could not believe A SuperStore Honda Dealers dealing with me like I have ever seen. I have made good decision for not any more to return to this service dealer, I have many choices of Honda Services Dealers near me.
I have not had any more comment, I was so tired the day I picked my vehicle.
