My daughter had a $400 learning lesson for her first-time experience at the service department at Norm Reeves Honda. All she needed was an oil change and ended up with services she didn’t need. Yes, she signed for them in her confusion and didn’t call me to approve. I spoke to Kevin Harris after waiting an hour to speak to the service advisor and the service managers. I normally take the CR-V for service, but I wanted my 19-year-old daughter to learn to take care of her car. Expensive lesson! Disappointed, Alfonso P
