Javier is always very professional and helpful. I greatly appreciated his phone call to update me with my vehicles’ repairs. I also appreciated that he was attentive and listened to my concerns and also for allowing me to still bring my car with the tow truck even though they weren’t able to get to my car until Monday morning and I appreciate his candor and letting me know in advance. Overall I received great service. I thought Oscar was very polite and liked how he explained the warranty of my tires. It’s very unfortunate to have to go through what I went through having a tire blow out on you on the freeway almost losing control when having like new tires. It’s not the dealers fault nor mine but luckily everything ended up ok.
