Poor communications. Just like the last time service.
Although, Joseph was courteous, i was not informed of the critical issues until i saw my car was already out of the shop into the customer parking. Too late to take actions on my part. The invoice indicated i did not make an appointment and I did. I guess my priority level was set to low like wait in line.
I have mixed emotions of coming back.
