Steve needs more training in customer satisfaction. He did not try to help me, instead he argued with me. I had to go above him and speak to the manager.

Your team member forgot to tight the screw on the splash shield! I was dragging that on the freeway until the splash shield flew away. Risking the life of my baby and my wife and other people the were driving behind me. The lack o professionalism almost cause for an accident to happen. Then I took my car back to the dealership for you guys to take care of the problem! And you guys didn’t have the part the my car needs! And now I have to say until you guys have it and who knows when? So I will be driving my car without no splash shield thanks to you guys. Thank god nothing happens to my family but for future reference make sure your team double check their job. Thank you
