I was given 1 free service when I purchased my vehicle and when I went they wanted to charge me extra for the tire rotation and brake check that was part of the first service. Honda ****. I’ll never go back or purchase another Honda.

Not happy with your service. I think your prices are too high. Car washes are no longer provided. Car/Van shuttles to local mall are not available. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m going to start looking for better deals from other Honda service centers.

Extremely horrible service. Service representative Ramiro Montes attended me at 2:19 pm, my appointment was at 3pm. I was told it would be at most be ready at 4pm. I waited until 5:15 and no one let me know what was going on. I went to the front desk and was told that he was gone for the day. I waited 3 hours and had no update of my car. When the receptionist went to his desk my service form was waiting on his desk for i dont even know how long. I would not recommend him or ever allow myself to be assisted by that service advisor. 0/10.
