My car was dropped off on Monday at noon. The advisor called me at 430 telling me my car needed to stay over night.
He did mention to me that he wouldn’t be in on Tuesday but he would have someone keep me informed.
No one called me all day.
I showed up at 5 to pick up my car. I needed my car. Thankfully it was done. But I was upset no one ever kept me informed.
I received a text today Wednesday that my car was done. Which made bo sense since I had picked it up already.
My advisor used to be Rick. He was the best and terribly missed. He was always on top of it. I was just disappointed with Honda this recent visit.
