I have had to deal with Joe on several occasions. He comes across as condescending to me. If we do come back to Honda again, I want to work with a different service advisor.

I told them what the problem was and I asked what the cost would be and stated it should be covered by extended warranty we purchased. They tried to charge me $217 for an hour to diagnos what I already told them. I came in at 8 for an oil change and explained I had to be finished by 9:30 to get to my client meeting. Over 2 hours later, I had to go see what was going on, and then I had to meet with the service manager who removed the charge, but I missed my client meeting. Bought 4 cars here since 2012, worst experience to date.

Sam the service writer was great. I live 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Service was done in a timely manner.
BUT The mechanic did not inflate my tires properly after rotating them. Warning light came on. I had to come back. Good thing I was only 10 miles on the road when it happened. The service manager inflated them and when I asked informed me the technician had the front tires too low (27 lbs) and the back tires wrong. I took this to mean the mechanic was either careless or had no knowledge of how to inflate the tires properly. Also a warning light came on again when I was almost home telling me the radar was obstructed and cannot detect in the front, and that stayed on until I almost got home and then went off; granted it was raining outside and maybe something did obstructed it. I was very concerned the mechanic did something wrong again.
SIDE NOTE: This is the loudest vehicle I’ve ever owned when driving on the expressway or different roads. The road noise is horrendous, unbelievably loud. And the soundproofing is almost nonexistent. I would think by this time Honda would have this figured out like all the other car companies. Immediately upon driving the vehicle home the day I bought it I knew I had made a mistake and should have gotten the Mazda CX5 instead.
