The service guy named Joe that I saw was rude and the tone he had when talking to me was disappointing. He talks to customers like a salesmen and both times I’ve been in for oil changes he pushes and pushes to do tons of other work on the car, even after I’ve said no. He talks down to customers and I really get the feel that he makes more money or is compensated in some way by the amount of work he can sell to have done on the each customers car. It was really off putting and I will be driving all the way from Kenosha to gurnee to have any work done from now on.
