I found out once my appointment was over that people from Illinois that were getting an oil change had a special of $24.95. My service agent didn’t mention it and I was charged $39.95. I don’t know if it’s practice that the agent isn’t supposed to mention specials but that seemed a little shady. I added on more services that I wasn’t going to get originally so it would have been nice to save $15.

I came in for an oil change and was told I needed over $700 in maintenance. I don’t mind truthfulness, but I felt as though he was taking advantage of me being a female. When I said $700 isn’t in my budget today, he asked what my budget was. I said $100 MAX, as I came in for an oil change. He tried getting me to spend $150. I ended up paying for my oil change and tire rotation, as planned. Very bummed by the pushy nature to spend A LOT more than anyone should ever expect to spend when coming in for an oil change.
