Sam at the desk was very nice and helpful. The guy that buffed out the scratch on my crv that wasn’t there prior to service was also awesome. The fact that my vehicle was parked in an apron of an entrance was disturbing as the parking lot was half full. I would like to know if you have cameras in the service area also. Although it looks like a new oil filter the oil after putting on 9 miles looks as dirty as it did when I brought it in. I am also wondering if the tires were rotated as the right front tire before had rubber that wasn’t trimmed unlike all the others from the factory. It appears as though it was cut off because the rear tire on that side didn’t have it when I checked. I hope I’m wrong but I’m beginning to think not.

Very good service from Rodney. However, I am a little confused. The end of October, I had my oil change and I was told in the next oil change I have to think about having my timing belt change. Today, Rodney told me that timing belt was just changed August 2020. I guess, I don't understand why is it recommended when I just had it done last year.
