My vehicle was at your location to address the check engine light, an oil change, tire rotation and break fluid maintenance light. All services were to be done, also have an email stating this. Due our work schedule/hours and living 35 minutes away, we were not able to pick the car until today 12/11. At check out, the only thing addressed was the check engine light. No other maintenance was done. This is absolutely insane. We were told nothing could be done. It is over an hour drive round trip and to come back just for an oil change after my vehicle had been at your location for 4 days is just stupidity. We love to far away for a shuttle which isn’t helpful.

I think Joe provides great service. I just wish your service technicians would return the car with controls in the same position they received it. This time my lights were turned off. I could have received a ticket for driving without lights. In the past my side view mirrors were moved and in the wrong position for safe driving.
