I scheduled my appointment two weeks out, and when I got there my part hadn't even been ordered therefore they couldn't service my vehicle. They said it would only take a day to ship and could be here the next day (why not order it before I get there so I could be seen as promised) they said it would take less than a day to fix my recall. When I scheduled the appointment the lady I spoke with told me I could have a loaner vehicle, but when I got there they said I couldn't because I wasn't over 23, which was not brought up at all during the call. So even if they had the part for my car I wouldn't have been able to come the appointment because I wouldn't have had a way to work and home. There was a major lack of communication. I cleared my schedule for this appointment and don't have another available time for a month because of work. So I have to drive without airbags for another month which is dangerous. Overall I am very disappointed with the service. I wasted my time.

when I bought the car, I was granted 2 free oil changes but was never given a paper or anything that proves it, I had to fight my right and lose time at the dealership after the excellent service to get the invoice I was asked to pay to be changed for no charges. please make sure that you provide a coupon or something to prove you give free oil changes.
